Goodwill Radio Club is a driven community of diverse volunteers, lifting up Kiwi musicians and bringing local live music to a digital stage. When we broadcast our livestreams online, we remove accessibility barriers to live music for everyone and build resilience into artists’ careers. We believe music should be performed by anyone, for everyone.
Our online platform is highly accessible, bypassing traditional obstacles for in-person audiences such as financial, public health and disability barriers. With the potential to reach a worldwide audience, we construct authentic, engaging live experiences amplifying the voices of Kiwi artists and capturing the landscape of Aotearoa.
Our platform also provides an alternative pathway for new artists looking to perform live, with dramatically fewer barriers to entry than venue-based performances. Artists are also introduced to our broad and dedicated audience, developing potential fans for life. Our livestreams are constructed to meet a high visual and aural aesthetic quality, from which we also create a suite of promotional material for artist use.
